“Oh Hey Let’s Play with Numbers and Shapes” is a 77 page printable PDF with a total of 27 different hands-on, engaging learning activities for toddlers age 2 and up. Activities cover a variety of math skills from identifying, drawing, and building 2-D shapes, to counting using ten frames, learning to write numbers, showing different number amounts, and identifying missing numbers, to simple graphing, and making patterns.

Printable pages can be laminated or placed into dry erase pockets and used over and over again, or can be printed for single use. You can also use plastic sheet covers, place two printable pages inside one single sheet cover back to back, and then place pages into a binder for simple storage purposes.

The idea behind these printable activity pages is that they are open-ended, with multiple ways to use each page. Do not limit yourselves to paper and pencil, or dry erase marker (if in a protective sheet covering). My hope is that these activity pages would spark creative, hands-on ways to help toddlers and preschoolers learn simple math concepts through PLAYING.

Many of the materials that can be used for these activities (snack items, buttons, pom poms, etc.) can likely be found in your own home.
